Since the recent merge of Masternaut and Cybit many new vehicle tracking solutions have been opened up. The new company will be run by the former CEO of the Cybit company, Bill Henry. They claim that with the Masternaut and Cybit merge they will be able to offer a much wider and more effective service. Using things like fuel cards and vehicle tracking devices.
They have stated that the new company will offer many more leading products and services which will have a broad geographical reach and a lot of financial strength. The deal has been in the works for over nine months and has just recently been finalized.
They believe that the integration will not cause too much disruption to their current customers. Current customers are encouraged to stay with the new company through the merging process. Both Cybit and Masternaut have enjoyed great success as separate companies and it is the hope that together they will be far more successful than ever before.
Fleet comapnies want to find effective ways to manage their vehicle fleets and these two companies together will be able to offer a much wider range of vehicle tracking solutions, aside from the things which are already available such as fuel cards and GPS devices.
